WinMind is a startup founded in 2022 by four men, aiming to leverage game technology and develop digital platforms for the social and healthcare sectors.

Why was WinMind founded?

WinMind (Winning Mind) emerged from the idea—or rather, the need—to better support clients and also enhance the "conversation starter" process. Additionally, the goal was to reduce adversarial dynamics in the work, and to involve, encourage, and motivate clients to participate more actively in assessing their own situations.

The objective of the upcoming digital tools is to clarify and facilitate collaboration, helping to assess the overall situation by considering both resources and support needs. Based on the material provided by the digital application, a constructive and coherent discussion can be held, and assistance can be targeted much more effectively in a purposeful direction.

Current situation:

The fragmentation and inefficiency of data collection and documentation pose significant challenges. Particularly at the beginning of the working relationship, a clear assessment of the overall situation is crucial to ensure that the work focuses on the right issues. The digital application makes it easier, more efficient, and more engaging for clients to participate in the assessment of their overall situation from the very start of the care relationship. This way, the data collected together is better and more effectively utilized than before.
